The American Heart Association encourages participants to spend at least thirty minutes walking, in an effort to start the habit of physical activity. Studies show that people who walk for just thirty minutes a day have a significantly lower risk of premature death than those who rarely exercised. In addition, research has shown that regular walking can decrease total and intra-abdominal fat and reduce your risk of developing diabetes or breast cancer.

Ansbacher Law participated on April 2, 2014 at 11:30 AM.  The team set a Jacksonville record for the most steps!
