Ansbacher Law is named after Lewis “Lukie” Ansbacher, (1928-2004) a preeminent Florida real estate attorney and father of firm founder Barry Ansbacher. Lukie attended the University of Florida at age 15 where he earned both his undergraduate and law degree. After completing his military service with the U.S. Army as a JAG attorney, he began a private law practice in Jacksonville, FL, where he later formed the firm of Ansbacher & Schneider, P.A. Barry Ansbacher practiced with his father at Ansbacher & Schneider, P.A. from 1988 until 1997 when he formed Ansbacher Law.

We are approved by most local and national lenders to close real estate loans and by several title insurance companies as an authorized title insurance agent. We can address most legal needs for a new or expanding business from formation (incorporation, partnerships, limited liability companies), financing (SBA loans, commercial loans, private financing), tax issues, and business litigation.

Ansbacher Law also represents consumers who are the victims of accidents. Our attorneys give personal attention to our personal injury clients.
