Pay Association Assessments & Costs

—————————————

Order a Formal Attorney Statement of Amounts Due (“Attorney Response”)

If an estoppel letter is required by a mortgage lender, title insurance company or closing agent to determine the amounts due for a property, Ansbacher Law can provide the monetary information needed for underwriting or to prepare a closing statement in the form of an Attorney Response. An Attorney Response provides a certified payoff amount for assessments, attorney fees, collection fees and other sums due to a condominium association or homeowners association represented by Ansbacher Law.

Please note that an Attorney Response includes the payoff information for accounts at Ansbacher Law for collection, but may not include all the non-monetary information included in an estoppel letter, or include all monetary charges imposed as a condition to transfer of ownership. If the requesting party requires additional information beyond the current amounts due, an estoppel letter should be ordered from the association or its community association management firm in addition to the Attorney Response. The Attorney Response will include the name and contact information for the management firm.

NOTE THAT ONLY PRE-PAID REQUESTS ARE ACCEPTED ON THIS SITE. THE OFFICIAL DELIVERY ADDRESS FOR ALL REQUESTS IS:

Ansbacher Law
Attorney Response Dept.
8818 Goodbys Executive Drive
Jacksonville, FL 32217

Attorney Response requests are not accepted by e-mail, fax or phone. By submitting this request the submitter represents under penalty of perjury that they are the homeowner or are authorized by the homeowner to receive the requested information and holds Ansbacher Law harmless from any loss suffered in reliance of such representation.
