North Florida Litigation Associate

Ansbacher Law is seeking a junior-level litigation associate with 0-2 years of experience, a strong academic background and excellent writing and communication skills. Central Florida Community Association Lawyer

Ansbacher Law is seeking an attorney interested in representing condominium and homeowner associations. This position is available to 0-3 year new attorneys, but more experienced attorneys with a book of business are also invited to apply. The position is based in our new Central Florida office, conveniently located in Lake Mary, Florida. The work includes advising association boards on compliance with statutory requirements, contract review and preparation, drafting covenants, declarations, bylaws, rules and amendments, and assisting our association clients in dispute resolution through mediation and arbitration. Significant training and mentorship is available from board-certified senior attorneys. Applicants should either be members of the FLorida Bar, or awaiting 2023 test results and eligible for Bar admission.
