South Florida Community Association Lawyer (Remote/Hybrid)

Ansbacher Law is seeking an attorney interested in representing condominium and homeowner associations. This position is available to 0-3-year new attorneys, but more experienced attorneys with a book of business are also invited to apply. The position is based out of our Fort Lauderdale office. However, hybrid or fully remote work is an option. Applicants must reside in Miami-Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach County. The work includes advising association boards on compliance with statutory requirements, contract review and preparation, drafting covenants, declarations, bylaws, rules, and amendments, and assisting our association clients in dispute resolution through mediation and arbitration. Significant training and mentorship are available from board-certified senior attorneys. Applicants should either be members of the Florida Bar or awaiting 2024 test results and eligible for Bar admission.
