Barry Ansbacher shared his insights as a Florida Supreme Court Circuit Certified Mediator on how to conduct an effective mediation of condominium and homeowner association disputes. Pre-suit mediation is required before filing most lawsuits between an association and a parcel owner other than collections pursuant to Fla. Stat. 720.311.
