The Florida Bar Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section, Construction Law Committee appointed Bryan Rendzio as co-chair of its ADR Subcommittee. This committee studies legal issues relating to mediation, and arbitration of construction related claims. Through the Real Property Section, this committee provides input to the Florida legislature and judiciary regarding legislation and rules that affect alternative dispute resolution. The ADR Committee also works to provide continuing education to Florida lawyers on mediation and arbitration topical issues.
