Instructions for All Bank Wires to Ansbacher Law

Ansbacher Law will never send bank wire instructions by email.
If you receive an email with wire instructions from our firm, you should suspect a possible fraudulent transaction and call our office.

1. The last 2 digits of the bank wire instructions are intentionally omitted. To obtain the missing numbers and to assure that your wire is properly processed, immediately prior to transmitting please contact the Ansbacher Law accounting department. For your protection call only through our main switchboard 904-737-4600 and ask for the accounting department. When calling please have your matter number available (or property address if this is a binder deposit). Please DO NOT use the website contact form or email to request this information.
2. Ansbacher Law maintains separate trust accounts for real estate closings and other matters. However, all incoming bank wires of trust funds are routed through the below account (Ansbacher Law Real Estate IOLTA Trust Account). If the funds received are not for a real estate transaction, the funds will be automatically transferred and held in the appropriate trust account.
3.  Ansbacher Law does not accept payment by bank wire for Attorney Response (estoppel) requests or to pay funds due to our association clients. To order an Attorney Response (estoppel) or make payment online for funds due to an association by credit card please visit www.ansbacher.net/pay.
4. Ansbacher Law does not accept ACH transfers into the below account and we cannot account for any funds delivered by such method.
