Order a Formal Estoppel Letter of Amounts Due

If an estoppel letter is required by a mortgage lender, title insurance company or closing agent to determine the amounts due for a property, Ansbacher Law can provide this letter.

Please note when ordering an estoppel, our firm reserves 10 business days to complete the letter and the fee is $250.00.  If the account is delinquent, an additional $150.00 will be due.

Estoppel requests are not accepted by e-mail, fax or phone. By submitting this request the submitter represents under penalty of perjury that they are the homeowner or are authorized by the homeowner to receive the requested information and holds Ansbacher Law harmless from any loss suffered in reliance of such representation.
