Attorney Barry Ansbacher of Ansbacher Law was recently interviewed in a news story for First Coast News about a young father who was killed after moving into an apartment complex. Barry remarked that the landlord would have had to take reasonable steps to prevent any foreseeable crimes at the apartment complex. This wrongful death suit resulted in a $3.6 million settlement.
