For over thirty years, Barry Ansbacher has specialized in real estate, construction and community association law establishing him as one of Florida’s leading attorneys. He has achieved Board Certification and is recognized by the Florida Bar as a specialist in three practice areas of law: Real Estate, Construction and Condominium & Planned Development. He is the only lawyer in Florida who holds all three certifications.

A Jacksonville native and University of Florida College of Law graduate, Barry Ansbacher began working as an attorney in Jacksonville with his father, Lewis “Lukie” Ansbacher. In 1997, Barry founded Ansbacher Law. The firm has since grown to over thirty professionals serving condominium associations, homeowner associations, property owners, personal injury victims, and commercial clients. The transactional team at Ansbacher Law represents buyers, sellers and lenders for both residential and commercial properties.
