Attorney Barry Ansbacher will be a speaker at the 2024 Advanced Construction Law Certification Review Course held March 21-23 in Orlando, Florida. This annual event is presented by the Florida Bar Real Property, Probate & Law Section in conjunction with the annual Construction Law Institute.
Since the inception of the program, Mr. Ansbacher has presented a course on Special Issues Regarding Condominium & Homeowner Association Construction Claims. This year he will also present a course on Statutes of Limitations and Statutes of Repose Affecting Construction Defect Claims.
