Jacksonville, FL (March 9, 2011) – Ansbacher & Associates, P.A., a North Florida law firm specializing in associations, real estate and construction, law announced today that it has named attorneys Robert Joseph Dill and James Usery as firm associates. Mr. Dill will work in areas of construction law, creditor rights and civil litigation and Mr. Usery will focus on real estate law and community associations.
Mr. Dill holds a Juris Doctorate in Law from University of Florida College of Law and a Masters in Urban & Regional Planning from University of Florida. He has 26 years of experience as a practicing attorney and an AV peer review rating. Previously Mr. Dill was an attorney at Eraclides, Johns et. al., at Fischette, Owen Held & McBurney, and at Smith, Hulsey.
“Mr. Dill brings extensive experience in construction liens and commercial litigation and Mr. Usery comes with a strong background in title insurance.
