Miguel’s practice includes litigating cases involving construction defects and delays, commercial disputes, real estate matters, fraud claims, contractual disputes, appeals, and post-judgment asset protection. In addition to his in-court work, he has successfully resolved a wide range of matters—including partnership disputes and professional negligence claims—through negotiation and arbitration proceedings.
Known for his strategic, client-focused approach, Miguel analyzes each case from all angles to craft creative and effective solutions that align with his clients’ goals.
Miguel earned his undergraduate degree from Florida International University and his Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law in 2017. He is admitted to practice in Florida and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida, and is an active member of the Cuban American Bar Association.
Born in Cuba and raised in Miami, Miguel embraces the vibrant cultural diversity of the Magic City. He lives in Miami with his wife, Carolina, and enjoys spending his free time saltwater and backcountry fishing.
