JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA (March 19, 2013) — Ansbacher Law announced today attorney James R Usery will lecture at National Business Institute’s (NBI) April 1, 2013 seminar in Jacksonville on “Top 10 Title Defects – Cured.” This one-day Florida Bar approved seminar offering CLE credits will provide practical information for attorneys, real estate professionals, title professions, settlement agents, closers, underwriters and paralegals on best practices for curing the most common title-related defects. Mr. Usery will lecture on break in chain of title; mortgage related defects; foreclosure issues, unpaid taxes and fraud and forgery.
Mr. Usery is a real estate and condo association attorney at Ansbacher Law. Prior to practicing law, he gained 20 years of experience as a senior underwriter in the title industry. Mr. Usery earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law. He is a member of the Florida Bar Real Property, Probate and Trust Section, the Jacksonville Bar Association and the Condominium and Planned Development Committee.
