Recently, dozens of individuals have reported home builders abandoning their projects, leaving homes unfinished, to the News4JAX I-TEAM.
In the wake of this, Attorney Barry Ansbacher, of Ansbacher Law, was interviewed for a news story with News4JAX regarding some of the red flags homeowners should look out for when choosing a general contractor or using a specific builder for a custom home.
“When you’re buying a home and lot combo or having somebody build, you really want to know who you’re dealing with. And this is really the essence of it,” Mr. Ansbacher said.
