Barry Ansbacher was recognized as a Board Certified Specialist in Condominium and Planned Development Law by The Florida Bar on June 1, 2018.
Condominium and Planned Development Law is the practice of law that involves serving as the attorney to community associations, property owners, sellers, purchasers, developers, lenders, governmental agencies, drafting governing documents, construction liens, and defect claims. 2018 is the first year that this specialty has been recognized by the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education.
With the additional recognition by his peers as a Condominium and Planned Development Law Board Certified Specialist, Barry Ansbacher is now certified in three practice areas: Real Estate, Construction & Condominiums. He is currently the only lawyer in Florida to hold this distinction.
