Hannah Rullo is an associate attorney with Ansbacher Law. Her practice focuses on assisting condominium and homeowner associations with general matters, including covenant and restrictions, bylaw enforcement, legal opinions and advice, the transition from developer control, amending declaration, covenants and bylaws, and reviewing contracts.

Ms. Rullo earned her law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law (J.D., 2020), where she received the CALI Award of Medical Malpractice. Prior to attending law school, she earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from Flagler College.

Raised in Pittsburgh, Ms. Rullo and her family spent their summers in Crescent Beach from the time she was an infant. Ms. Rullo enjoys being an active member of the St. Johns Association of Women Lawyers, doing yoga and pilates, walking her dog, Beatrice, on the beach, reading poetry, and going to church.
