Daniel Correa is a Senior Associate at Ansbacher Law, where he represents clients in sophisticated commercial and residential real estate transactions, corporate structuring, and complex transactional matters.

Mr. Correa’s practice focuses on acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing, construction and development transactions, loan and financing arrangements, joint ventures, and real estate investment structures. He regularly advises buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, developers, and investors in multi-million-dollar transactions and handles all phases of real estate due diligence, including title, survey, zoning, and environmental review. His work includes drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, conveyance and curative instruments, construction contracts, operating and partnership agreements, subscription agreements, and related transactional documentation.

In addition to his real estate practice, Mr. Correa advises clients on corporate formation and structuring, governance and compliance matters, and securities-related transactions. He has extensive experience drafting and negotiating operating agreements, shareholder and partnership agreements, and commercial contracts, and regularly counsels business owners, investors, and executives on risk allocation, regulatory compliance, and transactional strategy.

Mr. Correa earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, where he served as Executive Editor of the University of Miami Business Law Review and was active in the Business, Tax, and Real Estate Law Societies. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Central Florida, graduating with honors. He is fluent in English and Portuguese.

Outside of his practice, Mr. Correa enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing chess, and staying active through tennis and basketball.
