Patrick Bailey specializes in trial support and appellate litigation. His clerkships with the Florida Supreme Court and Fourth District Court of Appeal give him unique insight into the appellate process that he uses when assisting with dispositive and novel issues that arise at the trial level. This perspective is critical to preserving issues for appeal and posturing cases for the best client outcomes. Patrick has also successfully prosecuted and defended several appeals.
Mr. Bailey graduated from Stetson University with honors. After graduating from Stetson, he attended Florida State University College of law, where he served as Executive Editor of the Florida State University Law Review and graduated high honors.
Patrick is a Florida native with deep roots in the community. He enjoys spending his free time with family and friends, exercising, traveling, and reading.
