Don’t miss the Southeast Florida Chapter of the Community Association Institute’s (CAI-SE) Hot Topics Breakfast this month featuring Ansbacher Law attorney Emily Dominguez!

Attorney Emily Dominguez will kick off this in-person event with a “2025 Legal Update & Preview of 2026 Legislation.” This course will provide a recap of key legislative changes impacting community associations in 2025, along with a forward-looking preview of anticipated legal and regulatory developments for 2026. Attendees will gain practical insight into how recent and upcoming changes may affect association operations, governance, and compliance.
