Attorney Kelly Welch Joins Ansbacher Law!

She was sworn in by the Honorable Judge Norton on Thursday, September 25, 2025, after successfully passing the Florida Bar Examination. Kelly earned her Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law, where she ranked in the top third of her class.Kelly has been part of the Ansbacher Law team since the summer of 2024, working as a Law Clerk and gaining firsthand experience supporting the firm’s litigation and community association practices. At FSU Law, she also gained diverse legal experience through roles with the Florida Division of Emergency Management, the Florida Department of Children & Families, and the Second Circuit County Court. In these roles, she drafted and reviewed executive and agency emergency orders, public records requests, contracts, dependency petitions, and termination of parental rights orders, while also preparing legal memoranda and proposed orders in family law matters.


Kelly’s commitment to public service and justice began during her undergraduate studies at the University of Florida, where she earned dual degrees in Criminology (B.A.) and Psychology (B.S.), graduating with honors. While at UF, she was actively involved in the Florida Innocence Initiative, the Criminology and Law Honor Society, and the Pre-Legal Honor Society. She also gained early experience with the U.S. Marshals Service as a summer intern, working closely with Deputy Marshals to support operations and gain exposure to multiple facets of law enforcement.
Through her academic achievements, hands-on legal training, and dedication to mentorship and advocacy, Kelly has built a strong foundation for a career in law. At Ansbacher Law, she will represent clients as part of our Community Association Team, where her skills and passion for service will strengthen the firm’s commitment to excellence.
