Attorney Barry Ansbacher is set to present at this year’s 50th anniversary of the Boyer Institute, which is an annual event hosted by the University of Miami. Barry’s presentation is titled Whose Claim is It Anyway: Understanding Direct vs. Derivative Claims and he will be co-presenting with attorney Jason Rodgers-da Cruz. Barry’s presentation will focus on an in-depth consideration as to the differences between corporate derivative actions and direct claims.
