Attorney Barry Ansbacher of Ansbacher Law was recently featured in a First Coast News story regarding a family who has been told by code enforcement that they have two weeks to close their salon or they will face a fine of $250 per day, despite being told that under the Florida Occupational Freedom and Opportunity Act, they should be allowed to run their business out of their home.
