Since 1984, Mr. Terry has focused his practice on assisting condominium and homeowner associations to resolve their construction defect issues. His unique combination of knowledge and experience enabled him to secure a $19.3 Million recovery for a 30-story high rise condominium association. He graduated from the University of California at Irvine in 1980 with degrees in Literature and Economics and received his law degree in 1984 from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where he served on the editorial board of the Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly. He is one of the founding partners of Angius & Terry and now lives and practices law in Florida. Mr. Terry frequently lectures on topics relevant to condominium and homeowner associations, including new and pending legislation, mediation and construction defect litigation. Mr. Terry has been awarded an A-V Preeminent rating by the Martindale-Hubble Legal Directory – the highest possible rating that it awards to attorneys in the United States.
