Michael Feinberg has almost 10 years of experience in commercial and business litigation and insurance defense litigation. He represents clients in a variety of areas, including business litigation, construction defect litigation, insurance coverage disputes, real property litigation, and personal injury disputes. Mr. Feinberg’s work encompasses all aspects of both state and federal litigation pre-trial, trial, and appellate practice. His practice also involves matters before arbitration tribunals. Mr. Feinberg embraces developing custom-tailored solutions and vigorously advocates for his client to achieve the best resolution available.
A native of New York, Mr. Feinberg earned his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he received the ABA/BNA Award for Excellence in Intellectual Property Law. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Feinberg earned his Bachelor’s degree from Muhlenberg College, graduating with honors.
Mr. Feinberg moved from New York City to Jacksonville Beach with his wife, Dena. He enjoys spending his free time with family and friends, working out, following the New York Giants and New York Mets, and serving as Dena’s sous chef.
