Brooke Cleary is an associate attorney at Ansbacher Law, where she represents clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions as well as land use, zoning, and environmental matters.

Ms. Cleary earned her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, where she served as President of the Environmental Law Society, earned a Certificate of Concentration in Environmental Law, was the winner of the 2022 ELULS Law School Note Competition, and received the highest grade in Administrative Law. While at Stetson, she worked for the Southwest Florida Water Management District and as a teaching assistant for the law school in Trusts and Estates. In addition, Ms. Cleary served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of South Florida, where she taught an upper-level Environmental Regulations course focused on both domestic and international environmental laws and cases. Outside the classroom and work, she volunteered regularly with Keep Pinellas Beautiful, a nonprofit organization dedicated to cleaning public spaces, parks, neighborhoods, and shorelines.

Ms. Cleary graduated cum laude from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science. During her time at FSU, she served as the Academic Director of her sorority, Phi Mu, and completed internships at the Florida Capitol in a U.S. Senator’s office and with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.

As a proud Floridian, Ms. Cleary enjoys spending her free time at the beach and soaking up the Florida sunshine.
