Ansbacher Law was proud to attend The Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section (RPPTL) Executive Council Meeting and Legislative and Case Law Update. This year’s 46th Annual Legislative and Case Law Update provided our attorneys with an excellent opportunity to gain insight into recent legislation and case law affecting real property, probate, trust, guardianship, and construction law.
