Ansbacher Law is excited to welcome two new associate attorneys to our team: Alexa Diaz and William Hoffman!
Both Alexa and William began their journeys with Ansbacher Law through our clerkship program, gaining valuable hands-on experience while working alongside our attorneys and assisting with matters across the firm’s community association, real estate, and construction defect practice areas. William joined us as a summer clerk in 2025, while Alexa participated in the fall of 2025.
We are especially proud to celebrate that both Alexa and William have passed the Florida Bar Examination and have chosen to continue their careers with Ansbacher Law as associate attorneys. We are honored to have them remain part of our team and look forward to supporting their continued professional growth.
As an associate attorney, Alexa will be based in our Coral Gables office, where she will focus her practice on community association law. She will assist clients with a variety of general matters, including, but not limited to, covenant and bylaw enforcement, legal opinions, and contract review. Her experience working with the firm’s community association clients during her clerkship has provided a strong foundation as she begins her legal career.
William will split his time between our Coral Gables and Orlando offices, where he will focus his practice on construction defect matters and supporting clients throughout the various stages of construction defect disputes. His work will include review of contract documents, preparation and analysis of defect notices, motion drafting, coordinating with experts, supporting defect investigations, assisting in trial preparation, and more.
