March 2, 2025 – The U.S. Department of the Treasury announced:
– No penalties or fines for CTA BOI reporting under existing deadlines.
– U.S. citizens and domestic reporting companies will no longer be subject to CTA enforcement.
– Future rule changes will limit CTA reporting to foreign reporting companies only.
