- If you are a salaried employee:
- Your most recent paystub(s) for a 30 day period
- Your last two years
- If you are self-employed or receive commissions, bonuses, interest or dividend income, rental income or other types of non-salary income:
- Your last two years personal tax returns. Please provide all schedules
- Year-to-date Profit and Loss Statement W-2’s and 1099’s
- If your income is from a corporation or partnership:
- The last two years corporate and/or partnership tax returns with all schedules attached
- If you are using child support or alimony to qualify for the loan or if you are paying child support or alimony:
- Complete divorce decree with property settlement agreement, if applicable
- If you own rental property:
- Executed lease agreement(s) showing terms and monthly payments or two years tax returns

- Copies of the most recent 2 consecutive months bank statements and asset accounts for each account listed on your application (all pages)
