The Florida Legislature has completed its 2008 session. A summary of new laws of interest is posted here. Barry Ansbacher spoke on Business Entities at the 2008 Real Estate Certification Review Course presented by the Florida Bar, Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section for attorneys preparing for the Real Estate Board Certification Exam.
