Land purchase: it’s not a simple process

The National Association of Realtors’ “Home Ownership Matters” bus tour made a stop in Jacksonville last month and was parked outside the Jacksonville Marriott for the NEFAR meeting. The bus tour started in March and will run through November. It’s stopping at association meetings and consumer shows, and a team from NAR is available to talk about the value of home ownership.

Barry Ansbacher delivered a lecture on How Homeowners Associations Can Deal with the Impact of Short Sales and Foreclosures to the St. Johns County Civic Association Roundtable. The speech was delivered on February 14, 2010.

The Roundtable consists of over 30 civic groups and homeowners associations representing a population of approximately 40,000 members. The Roundtable has been active since the 1980′s.
